Descaling kit is easy to use

I was a bit Leary when I saw the long description on how to use. If you follow the step by step you will find it truly is quite simple to descale your water system. I love the water system and use it every day! I wish the descaled packets that came in the kit were more available as they seem to be out of stock alot. Only reason I put 4 stars.

once I read through instructions, it was straightforward and really did descale.

Cleaned as expected. Took a while, but its worth it.
