I’m so glad I bought the descaling kit. I can taste the difference after only using my Sans water filter system for 4 months. It was easier than I expected to do the descaling process.

The written instructions for the descaling kit were missing the first important part of taking the existing filters out and putting in the descaling parts from the kit in the machine to start the descaling process. Also the link that was on the instructions sheet did not work to find the video on how to watch the instructional descaling process. You may want to make a new video for all and new customers that would rather watch a video instead of reading instructions. I had to instant message on your website to figure the first part out on my own. Every step of the written instructions after that was perfect.

Descaling kit is easy to use

I was a bit Leary when I saw the long description on how to use. If you follow the step by step you will find it truly is quite simple to descale your water system. I love the water system and use it every day! I wish the descaled packets that came in the kit were more available as they seem to be out of stock alot. Only reason I put 4 stars.
