Amazing boards

Have been looking for eco boards without plastic that are dishwasher safe for years, and these are IT. This set was actually for a friend who makes me dinner each week as a thank you, and she is obsessed too. Opted not to get the fancy prairie style ones as it sounds like the knife marks show too much, but as a functional tool these cannot be beat. I have 5 now and will probably get more.

Great replacement for plastic cutting boards

We wanted to reduce plastic in our lives, and while we've got a number of big wooden boards, we wanted some others that were easier to lift, and dishwasher safe. After looking at all the alternatives, these boards were economical, environmental, and fit the bill. We have other Epicurean boards for about a decade, and these new ones fit right in. Definitely a good buy.
