Board Butter

Great product. I polished my set of cutting boards the day I received them. Its been a month and they still look great. Even after some of them going through the dishwasher.

Enriching but not too slick

Really happy with this board butter. I used it on my Epicurean boards and also on my Boos wood board, and it worked great on both. It adds a subtle richness to the color without making the surface look overly shiny or feel too slick. The wood looks refreshed and conditioned, but still feels natural and usable. A little goes a long way, and it’s easy to apply and wipe off.

Wish I knew about this sooner

I've had a few epicurean boards for a long time, and over time, they faded and got a bit sliced up. In my transition away from plastic, I stocked up on more boards, and got some board butter as well (I oil my wooden boards religiously, but never considered the others). While the product won't restore a decade of abuse, it's certainly made the boards look healthier and less faded. And it's keeping the new ones looking sharp as well. Tiny investment to protect a larger one.
