Excellent kitchen knife

The knife is very well balanced and feels great in your hand. It's great for cutting everything from vegetables to meat. It's incredibly sharp and it has a great edge that hasn't dulled at all since it arrived. I would highly recommend this to anyone who's interested in a superbly well made knife

Superb Kitchen Knife!!

I purchased this knife for one thing. . . . . to cut up chicken. However, the more I use it, the more I want to use it. Not just for chicken, but for a myriad of other things. It excels at so much! The Classic 7" Hollow Edge Craftsman is quickly becoming my go-to knife for most every task. It does everything, and does it well. Beautifully constructed, nicely balanced, and razor sharp. I am, indeed, most pleased. Highly recommended!
