Firstly love the way it looks and feels in my hands, quite sturdy and can take on the high heat easily. It’s challenging to find cookware that can withstand Indian cooking because the recipes are time consuming and if the gauge of the cookware is not thick enough then the masalas ( spices) can burn easily but this took care of that problem. Whether it’s a chicken curry or fish fry or lamb chops everything comes out perfectly the way our family likes. I definitely recommend this for Indian cooking!!

Beautiful but….

Beautiful! I was excited to use it but after 4 months my scrambled eggs got stuck to the pan and the pan looked terrible and my eggs tasted burnt. Good thing I had my proof of purchase for the replacement. I hope the replacement will last longer than the first one.

Great pan

I had the original always pan and love it! But I reach for this one as it is perfect for one person. Cleans up well after use.
