The largest cutting board I've ever owned. Thankful for the extra space and the quality of the hinoki board. Been using bamboo all of these years and I immediately sensed the difference. My knives have let out a sigh of relief.

Be kind to your knives!

The Milk Street Hinoki Board is surprisingly light and easy to handle. My knives appreciate the medium-soft wood of of these boards vs the hardwood or end-grain characteristic of typical boards. The boards really do heal themselves - minor cut marks disappear. My favorite cutting board.
