I experimented with taking this for 6 months and stopping for two or three months. I noticed I looked better while taking it, so I re-subscribed. When I wasn’t taking this, it was like I lost some of my glow.

I've been on the cellular longevity and hormone balance sets for 2 months now after fully anticipating trying them and canceling like with many other things. Instead I am anxiously awaiting month 3 shipment and use it every single day consistently which is usually also an issue for me. Taking these makes it so much easier than capsules. Love them!

Great travel spoon

I feel like I am getting the correct dose when I use it. Its color and shape makes it my designated RHO spoon and not to be used for other products especially powders.
