Mason Genie® Vacuum Sealer Kit

I've been busily transferring pantry items into Mason jars and sealing them with the Mason Genie. I had a hiccup initially when my jar lid came off in the MG. When I was removing it, I didn't realize I had pulled the rubber inner ring out of place, which caused it not to seal. I was frustrated until I finally realized what I had done. After carefully pushing the rubber ring back in place, the MG is working like is should again. I'm thrilled! My pantry is looking great!!

I really like the Mason genie, the only thing I can complain about is sometimes the rubber seal gets caught up and it does not seal. You have no way to be able to see that, it runs and when I try to take it off the jar it is very hard to remove and when I do get it off the lid is not sealed.

I can't say enough about the Mason Genie. I literally use it every single day! I have recommended it to friends, who in turn love it also! I used to throw so much food away, now it keeps for weeks upon weeks! The customer service is great as my original one stopped working and it was replaced immediately!
