Perfect size for a couple of fried/scrambled eggs & sautéed seasoning (onions/peppers/celery) and ham/sausage. I use this pan EVERY day — so it’s my favorite size.

Absolutely beautiful pan and functions well. The company os top notch and customer service couldnt be better. Love their No. 5 chefs and can’t wait for their latger size to come out. Very pleased with their excellent cast iron quality. Defintely recommend.

Best Egg Pan

This pan has been the best egg pan I've ever used! When I cook scrambled eggs there is nothing left over in the pan unlike my PFAS non-stick where little strands of cooked egg are left behind. I also use the pan for small steaks and it works great for putting a great sear on the steak.
