I definitely RECOMMEND these green proteins. I was initially concerned with the taste and consistency after reading the reviews, however, after receiving it and both my wife and I trying it on several occasions, it wasn't bad at all. Better than we thought it would be all in all. Yes, it has a greeny vegetable taste, but not as bad as everyone says it is though. It has a green sweet taste with a slight green vegetable bite afterwards; but not bad at all. Texture was like a waterd down V-8 pretty much. Definitely felt a difference inside and definitely felt a boost in energy. We drink it once to twice daily.
