I do seem to have more energy. hard to say . focus has increased. A bit early t assess. I like that I’m taking better care of myself….

The aftertaste is a little strong, preferred the more natural greens taste of AG1 Do you like the fact that has protein added? Continue to work through it see if I taste buds adapt and if I can tell any difference or improvement versus AG1. Probably both very equal and great products just gotta be committed to daily greens whomever you buy from for your health not for the manufacturers!

Did not think I would order this product. Did, stopped taking it for a week. Simply to see if there was a difference. There was, do not know what, but definitely did not feel the same as when on it.
