Perfect Amino Power Meal

Replacement meal is working great.

I drive truck locally and this product is keeping me away from fast food. I intermittent fast a lot of my days and after 18 hours I have a serving of this as my 1st meal... many of these days I am easily under 1000 calories with the help of Perfect Aminos... The only side effect I have had which is going away is the gas from the mct oil lol

Power meal

I am really enjoying the vanilla power meal. I jazz it up with a little liquid vanilla or sometimes a tsp of good cocoa. I find it a little sweet so I double up the protein by adding a scoop of unflavored plain aminos - it’s perfect for me.
