I hate having oily vegetables or potatoes when I roast them in the oven. I use the frizzle spray to give my pan a light coating and then give my vegetables and potatoes a light coating on the top. They cook up perfectly and aren't oily at all! It is also perfect for making or heating tortillas, preparing pans for frying or giving a light coating to breaded foods so that they crisp up in the oven. I will always keep this one on hand. The flavor is unmatched!
