Multipurpose

Works great as a dough knife and also as a scraper for the griddle top. Well made tool.

Get it as a dough cutter use it for other stuff to!

I love the dough knife but I use it for more than that. If I am chopping veggies it’s good as a scraper. I have even chopped stuff with it. It really isn’t meant to be but I was in a jam and it worked out. Well built just like the pizza cutter or mezzaluna knife.
