The shipping was surprisingly fast and the packaging very well done. I've only got half way through the product and gave some to neighbors. Fantastic response from neighbor and I have had similar response. This pork is incredible. The flank was best so far the ribs are next.

This was a pretty nice cut of meat. I guess I was a little spoiled in comparison to the other cuts I grilled simultaneously. But the flavor is undeniable. First time kept it basic, next time may get adventurous...slice it up and put it in Paella!?!

impressed with all your pork
So far I have been impressed with all the pork I purchased, I was a butcher 30 yrs ago for 13 yrs and did all the smoked meats in house for them, and loved it. I highly recommend your products, and tell all my followers and even posted on social media and tagged Campo Grande.
