So far this is the only cut I’ve made from The Ultimate Box, and it came out OUTSTANDING. This truly is the Wagyu of the pork world. I can’t wait to try out the other cuts of pork.

It was outstanding and mouth watering...
It was outstanding. I have never bought a pork flank steak before because it is never available as an option here in the US. I seasoned it as I would a beef flank steak with a mixture of fresh garlic, fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper chopped in my small processor. I opened up the steak and pounded it with a mallet and took off the any excess fat. I let it marinate for about 1 hour. I had it on street size tortillas, fajita style (pepper, onions, mushrooms) fresh jalapeño and cheese. Truly mouth watering. Can't wait to try the other cuts I purchased. My husband loved it.

The most tender flank steak I have every had. Cookes up like bacon.
