There’s no doubt it’s high quality pork and so far, the two pieces we’ve tried, the double chops and the secreto were delicious. My issue is that none of the cuts could serve more than two people, at most. Our secreto was very small. We like to have at least two other people over for dinner and this option is cost prohibitive to do that. Eh. Likely won’t order again.

Cooked the Presa steak med rare. A weird thing to do with pork, but I would do the same again. Needs just a little seasoning. I would recommend cooking over charcoal. You really need the heat to get a good sear without overcooking the steak. Great flavor with plenty of moisture, hardly any trimming required. Would buy again.

Exceeded my expectations!
The pork was exceptionally good! I started with a secreto steak, simply seasoned with pepper only and cooked in a carbon steel pan with just a bit of grape seed oil over medium high heat until nicely seared and pink in the center. A few minutes rest, salted at the table, and eaten as-is. No sauce or extras needed! Marvelous!
