SNOW CRAB (MERUS) LEG MEAT

Product arrived still frozen and well packed. Upon thawing some out and preparing as suggested, it was delicious. No cleaning us shells, just warm it up and ready to eat. Well worth it…

I ordered 20lbs of snow crab leg meat in the middle of Summer here in Arizona. It was overnighted by Fedex and arrived with broken up dry ice in the bottom, a layer of thin cardboard to separate it from the crab, and several ice packs. I was worried about ordering in the summer heat, but everything was packed well and arrived frozen solid, even with the temperature being 113F outside. I suggest following their defrost instructions for the best quality. I let one package thaw in the fridge while still sealed, and it was water logged and kinda mushy. After following their instructions, it was perfect and great quality. I really like these legs, but wish they had a price guarantee as they dropped the price the day after I ordered. I like the 8oz packages since I'm now single and don't need an entire pound each meal. The free lobster meat was 2 small pieces, not what I was expecting after seeing the large Maine lobster tails on their website, but hey, it was free.

Looked great, tasted great, shipped as advertised but due to their catch & process & ship guarantee be prepared to wait for yoyr order to deliver. It is not a ladt minute, instant delivery priduct but well wirth the wait!!
