Cheap? No. Big? No. But... these ribs are outstanding. The flavor is distinct, unlike other pork ribs. They pull back beautifully, take rub well and give off little fat. I've done them in my offset as well as oven cooked at 250 (which I generally never do), the usual apple cider vinegar wash, super light rub of mustard , light on the rub and smoke. I'll wrap at 175-180 adding a little margarine, light brown sugar and apple honey. Love these ribs.

only the best ribs ever!
This rib rack creates an elevated rib experience. I have both slow cooked these indoors and smoked them outdoors and they have become a family favorite. Well worth the extra price over standard store bought ribs

Iberico pork cooks in about one-half the time as
Great ribs. Iberia pork cooks in about one-half the time as regular pork. Wonderful flavor and texture. Don’t lose that by treating them like regular baby backs which about twice as long to cook and need the foil wrap to steam to the proper tenderness.
