We love, love the Secreto Steak

We love, love. love the Campo grande products. This Secreto Steak is one of our favorites. Easy and versatile to cook with and feeds us as a couple for a couple of meals, or friends for a fun cookout. It's so flavorful, too. So much better than your grocery store "skirt or flank" steak, but you can use it in all the same ways.

I was so impressed with the quality and taste of this Presa! I sliced it down the middle to make the steak thinner, threw it on a hot cast iron for 3 minutes per side and I am enjoying a heavenly delicious steak with a bottle of Rioja:))

Not as tender and mouthwatering as advertised. A quality piece of meat but way more money than I'd like to spend on a piece of pork.
