My favorite of all your pork I am a beef ribeye person, but I will compare this to the beef ribeye just as tender and just tasty. Absolutely delicious.

Phenomenal piece of meat. Best roasted on a rotisserie. I use the old-fashioned Rocco. Nothing more impressive than the fat streaming down the 4 bone pork chop. Be sure to season well and be ready to take pictures.

First time
Marinated in white wine with dried thyme and oregano. Grilled a total of 8 minutes at 425 F. Probably would have been better at 7 minutes total,we like it a little pinker. Very tender, moist and delicious!
