Using for about 3 weeks now and have noticed a considerable improvement in my training. Using this with the post workout…. taste is agreeable to me.

Little squeeze of motivation….

Days where I just “don’t want to hit play in at the gym “…. . I take this and wait about 15 mins. Nothing like a little tingle to give ya a buzz to start and move!

I bought this just to compare it to the Recovery that I have been using as a Pre-workout. They both work for me, I think the Pre-workout might stay in my system a little bit longer.
