Re-fuel my workouts
When I know a day's crossfit workout will be hard, I bring a 16 oz bottle with my fuel-5+. It keeps me going. I may collapse on the ground but fuel brings me back. Thanks

Amazing for intraworkout
The taste took a little bit to get used to, but it’s an amazing intro and post workout!

Another great substance of awesomeness!!
This stuff tastes great and does extend all day like it says, and I do feel the energy. To be honest, it’s really a lot better than the competition because you don’t feel a heavy high and then an extreme low. That’s a definitely a plus and this is actually healthy for you, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!
