The product works well! The taste, however, is not good. It is drinkable but it definitely needs some work.

Re-fuel my workouts
When I know a day's crossfit workout will be hard, I bring a 16 oz bottle with my fuel-5+. It keeps me going. I may collapse on the ground but fuel brings me back. Thanks

Amazing for intraworkout
The taste took a little bit to get used to, but it’s an amazing intro and post workout!
Not super sugary and there’s no crash.
