Blood Fuel

Been giving up energy drinks over the past few months and this has been a great alternative. It doesnt give you a rush of energy, but it provides a steady level fuel. Def notice the difference in longer workouts especially involving more cardio.

Started using this recently and honestly shocked by it. I’ve noticeably seen an improvement in my fitness and endurance. I don’t know if it’s just in my head butttttt I’ll take it. I do CrossFit and increasing my engine is something that’s always hard. This helps my engine. Worth the money.
