Ceylon Cinnamon
Yes, there is a difference between "Cinnamon" and Ceylon Cinnamon. Ceylon is smoother, less harsh in flavor. The aroma is much nicer. Delivery was fast. Product is fresh.

I discovered your store when I lived in Wisconsin - 16 years ago. I loved the Cinnamon.
I moved to North Carolina and continued to purchase it when I ran out.

Real Cinnamon
You couldn't pry the Saigon cassia cinnamon out of my spice cabinet, but this is a whole other thing. I love it for the wonderful floral fragrance it brings to everything I put it in, from my coffee, french toast, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal... If cinnamon is good in something, this will raise it to a new level. The problem I've had in the past with other spice retailers is the quality has been so low I would often just throw the stuff away after I tried it. It it too expensive to keep doing that so I felt this was my last chance and The Spice House came through.
