Cardamom, Ground Seeds

Well worth using it in baking!!

I have never used cardamom, but I’m glad I finally ordered it and used it in my biscotti and stollen this Christmas baking! What a delicious difference! It enhanced the flavors of the bake. Well worth it!

So much better than the average

It was given as a gift to my niece and her husband. They use cardamom regularly. She commented that this was SO much better than the kind they would usually get. She could even smell how wonderful it was when she would open the cabinet where she stored it. I'm so glad I turned them on to The Spice House
