I have been blistering my chiles, tomatillos, etc over my open flame on my gas top and it been a semi success! I was so impressed with my Kozmatik plate and the time it took I can’t wait to use it again! I am making Salsa verde today…. I am going to try and heat tortillas on it! I love to freeze my poblanos and have them available for rajas! I have sent it to several friends to purchase!! Thanks for sharing it!!

It seems to grill vegetables fairly well. Cleaning it is another story. Very disappointed in the product.

Love my Kozmatik! I use it to make oil free eggplant parmesan! Tastes great and a lot fewer calories. I plan on using it to charr peppers
