Grinds easily

Unlike cassia cinnamon, true (Ceylon) cinnamon grinds easily in a home spice grinder. It does have a more subtle favor so it's good to have it freshly ground. Ceylon cinnamon has it's place in mild flavored dishes like custard, where Saigon cinnamon packs too much punch. Also, I use both cinnamons in a warm spice mixture for hot chocolate, hot breakfast cereal and such.

Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks

Excellent quality. Fresh. You can smell that Cinnamon as you boil them for tea.

Amazing flavor. Love these in my coffee.
