Grate Nutmeh
So much better results when using freshly grated nutmeg. Try it over buttered brussels sprouts or cauliflower.

Whole nut nutmeg is the best!
It is easy to grind whole nut nutmeg on a small fine grater and that is when it has the most intense flavor! I appreciate getting it whole and love using it in custards, cakes and more.

Wonderful nutmeg
I remember my Mom putting nutmeg in our macaroni and cheese. Brings back memories and wonderful flavor. Now I’m looking for more ways to use it.
