Brown Mustard Seeds

I made curry cauliflower already, and I intend to try making Dijon mustard.

These seeds are fresh and perfectly pungent. I use them in combination with yellow mustard seeds from Spice House (also wonderful!) to make traditional German Scharfer Senff. It's a favorite condiment I use in many ways. My friends and family can't get enough of it!
