Only used it twice, but so far I love it! I always broil steaks, but I made a rib rye in the pan and I was able to “char-brown” it nicely! Nothing stuck - slid around in the pan like advertised! Love the deep sides! Pan cleaned up like brand new with no effort. Made pancakes - they also slid around in the pan - it really is non- dtick!

Love these pans. Great design. I haven't had to turn my burners pass 3 to cook anything or even boil water. Distributes heat evenly. Extremely sturdy

I think this is my favorite pan of all. It's so versatile, I can use it for just about anything I want and can take it from stove to oven. It cleans easily, heat distributes all through the pan even up the sides. I could tell taking the lids out of the boxes that this set was going to be amazing, and getting this baby for free was a nice incentive. You definitely need to get this hex clad set!
