Our Beef Ground Chuck is a winner. With slightly more muscle mass, making it about 88% lean, and that good 'ol chuck flavor, it's tough to beat. We grind in small batches as to not overheat nor do we add any flavor enhancers, colorings or preserving agents. It's just pure, 100% Grass-fed Beef Chuck.
