Amazingly tender. We made a meatloaf and to say it came out perfectly is describing it under-rated. It was juicy, baked perfectly to the tenderness we have come to expect. Topped with catsup and served with steamed summer squash and roasted fresh carrots from our co-op. Can we say "Winner Winner fantastic dinner!"
