2 lb Tri Tip Sirloin Roast

Awful! Entire cut too tough to chew. Also, gristle all throughout. Was going to let the below average ribeye review slide, but after having an inedible Roast I wanted to mention ribeye was very tough as well. As reference, cook med/rare.
