So thankful to have learned about micro plastics, and in salt of all things! I feel so much better using this salt, knowing that it is micro plastic free. And this company follows through with their commitment by using a ceramic grinder in the container.

Okay, I didn’t expect to have thoughts on salt 😂 but I’ve been reaching for Vera Salt every day. I started using it because I wanted a more mineral-rich option, and now it’s just the salt I keep on my counter. I’ve used it on everything from breakfast to dinner, and I genuinely can’t tell a difference in taste. I love finding swaps that don’t make healthy habits feel complicated, and this has definitely been one of them.

I absolutely love both the salt and salt/pepper combo are❣️They are very light and actually clean tasting, and the grinders are perfect to leave on the island where I eat.
