High Quality Rabbit from WI
So pleased to find a source for local rabbit kidneys as they’re one of my favorite offal. I know some people feed them to pets (my cat greedily ate a couple I made for her). Rabbit kidneys are delicious though and cooking them brought back lots of memories of serving them on menus in restaurants for me. Will order again, along with more hind legs.

Delivery was flawless—everything arrived frozen solid, well-packaged, and clean. The kidneys themselves are excellent: fresh appearance, very little moisture loss when cooked, and no off-putting odor. They pan-fry beautifully and hold their texture well.
