I love this product. While I know how important it is to eat meat to get the most bioavailable forms of the nutrients it contains, I just don't like the texture. Northstar Bison is genius in offering ground meats from the healthiest cuts of meat. These I love. No rubbery veins. No gummy fat. Just easy-to-eat.
