25 Star Balsamic Vinegar - 250ml

This vinegar is the best tasting and very thick. When you cook with it as a glase it doesn’t run off great on salmon Goes great on cucumber salad.

I usually keep things super simple in the kitchen, good ingredients and no complicated dressings. I’ve tried many balsamic vinegars over the years, and this one genuinely surprised me. It’s rich, perfectly balanced, and has a wonderful thicker consistency. I paired it with Kasandrinos olive oil and simply poured them over fresh kale. That was it—no other dressing or sauce needed—and the combination was absolutely perfect. I started with the classic balsamic, but now I can’t wait to try some of the other flavors, especially the fig. Sometimes the simplest food is the best when the ingredients are this good!
