I have some very serious health issues. I can't eat beef any longer. I found Bison patties at a small grocery. They were not from Northstar but I was amazed that I could digest the patties. So I found Northstar Bison and ordered some goodies. It's Bison now or nothing. I thought I was going to live on veggies for whatever time y have left. But now I know what fills my tummy and my soul! I am so thankful for this wonderful company. And with the utmost respect for the animals they have and take to feed us. My ancestors lived off of Buffalo most all their lives. We now I can have a taste of my Cherokee heritage thanks to Northstar Bison. Once you go Bison. . . You will never to back to cow! Blessings to you all.
