Bison Ground Steak

I used the ground bison steak for my hamburgers the other night, I loved the flavor so much more than ground beef, or even the standard ground bison. If you like a greasy, drippy burger, this is NOT the choice for you, but if you are eating lean and healthy, this is an awesome alternative. I will definitely be ordering again!
