Pasture bird reminds us of how chicken should taste. And look. The meat actually has color. The breasts are smaller than those pumped up scary breaths you find in the “sale” bin at the grocery store. And the taste- so deep and rich. I have a food blog and so high quality ingredients are key to my recipes. I highly recommend Pasture Bird. Worth every penny.
