Fantastic and flavorful!
NorthStar Bison is the only meat I will eat! The pork is delicious and there is nothing that comes close anywhere to the quality, conscientious care from animal to table. Checks all of my boxes for sustainable, healthy eating!

As usual everything I ordered was great! Portions are perfect, packaging holds up and the flavor is terrific! I add Sage to the ground pork and fry up with eggs.
