Great burgers

I made a pasta dish with the above. It was very lean and yummy in pasta sauce. We enjoyed very much.

Not satisfied
I fried a 1/4 lb beef patty and it was tough and dry. Caused me digestive issues. Then I looked at the date and saw these patties had been frozen alot longer than the 1/3 pound patties I had gotten previously. I have histamine intolerance and for me the fresher the meat the better.
