The best sushi grade salmon I've purchased in a long time! The quality is immaculate and no fishy flavor. I used to get frozen sushi-grade salmon from my local butcher but the quality has decreased the last two years. When I want sushi meat this is where I will go! I would love to suggest Red Snapper as an addition as it's one of my favorites.

Delicious, light, easy to prepare
I’m not much of a cook but this is easy to sear in a cast iron skillet. The flavor is subtle but SO fresh tasting. And strangely, it doesn’t “smell like fish” when you thaw it and open package. Not sure how it doesn’t smell fishy?? Best part is I know it is the healthiest fish I can buy!!!

The salmon tastes amazing! I thawed it overnight in the fridge and put it on a salad for lunch the next day. Definitely ordering again.
