If you like flaky, white fish, Sable fish does not disappoint! Extremely moist sweet, flaky fish that resembles the texture of haddock. I hate writing such a great review because I don’t want anybody else to order it so I can keep it all to myself😂♥️ My Brother went fishing in Alaska two years in a row and brought home sablefish. I found Alaska gold. This company is excellent. They deliver on dry ice and the product is always perfect!! I no longer purchase fish from a grocery store. I will only use Alaska gold because they are a co-op or I buy it locally off the Fish pier. I hope this review helps.
