What a wonderful book. There are so many wonderful recipes. First up Soft Pretzels, then green chile chicken. I already make the pizza. It always turns out great. The recipe are easy to follow. I have 2 steels, everyone should have 2. You can make 2 pizza's and breads at once. It's well made and won't break. I wish I knew about it along time ago. It would have made my pizza making a lot easier and faster.
