Curry

I haven't used it yet but I know it will be much than what I used to know.

I don't use curry a lot, I really like to use in chicken salad and the last time I reached for it for just that purpose, I had none. So when I decided I need to get some, I figured why not get something really worth it?

Great flavor & not hot.

Wow!

I was excited to try Burlap and Barrel’s Curry powder. Would it be different from all the curry powders out there. Was it worth the additional expense. While we have only tried it in curried chicken salad thus far, I was struck from the moment we opened the jar. The fragrance of both the combination as well as the individual components was striking. And in the salad, you taste curry but also subtleties of the component. Clearly the spices are very fresh and full of character. Wow. Quite eye opening. We look forward to experimenting. And to trying other Burlap and Barrel products!
