Smoky & mildly tangy
This cheddar has a mild smoky flavor and lovely color. Another must have on a charcutierie board. This is a nice versatile cheese that can be sliced, cubed or grated. I love that Rebel offers a large variety of excellent artisan cheeses in both soft and firm varieties.

Tasty
This is better than dairy cheddar! It has a nice smoky flavor. Rebel cheeses are all miraculously good.

Something new and worth tasting!
This product is not only a beautiful color it tastes as good as it looks!
Really nice on a cracker! Satisfying and pairs well with fruit, nuts, olives etc.
