Smoked Cheddar

Wonderful flavor! I used some of it to make a vegan pimento cheese. Can't wait to dive back in! I've got a baked potato that it would taste great on. It's really good even on it's own. Great job!

Insanely delicious. It’s been two and a half years since I’ve had to give up dairy. I also can’t have gluten or oats (highly sensitive celiac) but there is nothing I have missed more than cheese, specifically cheddar.
