Love love love
This is such a good smoked cheddar. It reminds me of a firmer version of now unavailable Miyoko's Smokehouse Cheddar wheels, but firmer. I used to make the most delicious jalapeno poppers with that. If the Rebel Cheese Smoked Cheddar was available in a store near me, I'd definitely try it in jalapeno poppers. :)

I've tried several vegan cheeses and by far Rebel Cheese has the best! Loved the smoked flavor in this one!! Melts beautifully!!
