Cave-Aged Classic Brie

I actually didn’t receive the second round of brie you gave me Colby Jack, instead which I absolutely fell in love with so it was a wonderful mistake thank you very much.

Cheese was really good. The only thing i did not like was that it came it two huge boxes. I understand you have to keep it cool but the packaging alone would make me think twice before i get it again.

I served this to a group of cheese-loving non-vegans. They loved it. There wasn't any left when they got through with it. I served it with fresh, locally made sourdough bread.
