Delicious!!Once you try it, you'll know. The taste immediately captures you! Plus there's a slight pepperyness that comes when you sip it- that's my favorite part. Salads with anything else just don't work! My favorite salad is arugula, lemon and parmesan with this amazing evoo! No saladmaker should be without!

I take 1oz in the morning with 90% dark chocolate and again at night 1oz with my tart cherry juice. I find it to be very smooth and creamy and I get that peppery taste hits the back of my throat, which it should do that. I’m looking forward how this is going to help me. In more ways than one.
