Outrageously good. I don't know how they do it but this is almost impossible to tell from cow mozzarella. If you aren't sure if you want to take the leap I promise you, you will after that first bite.

Wow
This is the best vegan mozzarella cheese we’ve ever had. It melted and even burned a little in our pizza oven. It tasted like a pizza house pizza right at home. Not greasy, mild flavor.

Full honesty, its like a 6/10 for my wife and I. It’s soft like mozzarella but the taste lands a bit on the dull side staright out of the package, but was still good. Then we tried to make a margarita pizza with it… and the cheese didnt melt so much as it kind of “fluffed” and it eneded up losing any flavor it had to begin with. It was unfortunately disappointing since we had such high expectations after seeing all the marketing around it. For the price and delivery fee, i dont feel this particular cheese from rebel will be worth purchasing again. Hope to see more improvements. Maybe we’ll try the chedder one, but most likely not any time soon. Best of luck to Rebel.
