Classic Acupressure Mat

Love my level 3 mat!

I lay on my mat and it is a lot of sensation at once but after a minute of deep breathing the sensation becomes tolerable. I then between 5-7 minutes find myself falling asleep and wake about 20-25 minutes from first laying down. Provides a deep sense of relaxation and peace. I enjoy using the mat on the floor next to my bed and when done I get into bed and sleep a full night. I highly recommend. The mat level recommendation seems spot on.

Was a little skeptical at first, but have found to be very relaxing and helpful for rest & recovery. I wish I would have purchased level 3 (instead of level 2) for a bit more discomfort in the initial phase.

Can't live without my torture sleep device - Shakti Classic

I've been a fan for several years, have given multiple Classic mats. I travel with mine, even for a 24 hour trip. If i wake in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep, i grab the mat - and fall asleep on it. Early this morning (6am) I had a stomach ache and couldn't go back to sleep so i grabbed the mat and placed it on top of my stomach with my hands over it to apply just enough pressure - i fell asleep for two hours :-) i felt better. I've had nights mosquito bites, and i position the mat on the bites that make it impossible to sleep, the mat provides enough of a pressure distraction to take my mind of the itch and allow me to fall alseep.
